How do I get tickets for a sold out show?

AXS Official Resale is the safe and easy way to buy and sell tickets with other fans. When fans have tickets they can’t use, they list them for other fans to buy. Buyers get 100% valid and authentic tickets delivered straight to their AXS accounts, and sellers get paid by direct deposit. If available, you’ll see the option to get tickets with AXS Official Resale on the event page.

Can I transfer my will call tickets to another person?

Yes. A ticket transfer allows you to digitally give each guest in your party their own ticket via AXS Mobile ID. You will need to create an AXS account to receive tickets.

Here's how it works:

  1. Click the Transfer button next to the event in your AXS account.
  2. Select the tickets to transfer and enter the recipient's information.
  3. On the review page, click the Transfer button to send the tickets.

The recipient will get an email about the transfer, and they’ll need to create an AXS account (if they don’t have one yet) to complete the transfer. After that, the tickets will be theirs to use with the AXS app.

Do you have a Lost & Found?

Yes. If you lost something at Neumos, Barboza, or The Runaway, please stop by The Runaway between 4pm and 2am any day and we will check for you.

Can I get a refund?

All sales are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable unless a show is cancelled.

A show is listed as 21 plus and I’m underage, can you make an exception?

No, we’d be breaking Washington State law. Sorry!

What constitutes a valid ID?

A drivers license or state issued ID, passport, military ID, or merchant marine ID. These cannot be expired or punched through. They must be valid in all ways!

My ID expired and I have a temporary paper one. Is this valid?

Sort of. You must bring the official paper temporary ID as well as your expired ID. If you lost your ID and only have a temporary paper one, you will not be admitted to a 21+ show or allowed at the bar for an all-ages show. If you are bringing a temporary paper ID and your expired ID, the paper one must have the correct dates and the photo must be a like-resemblance.

Can I bring my camera?

Camera policy varies depending on the artist or event. Common policy is absolutely no flash photography, professional cameras, or detachable lenses without prior venue approval.

Is there parking?

There is street parking only.

Can I bring outside food or drinks into a show?

Nope.
