Who Let Who Let the Dogs Out Out
Who Let Who Let the Dogs Out Out is an hour-long multimedia presentation tracing the history of a music hook which combines the phrase “Who let the dogs out” with the sounds of dogs barking in the background, popularized the group Baha Men with their smash hit Who Let the Dogs Out (2000). Based on nearly 8 years of research, travel, in-person interviews and deep internet wormholing, Ben Sisto “tells the stories of musicians, lawyers and fans from all around the world, shining a light on the origins of that catchy pop abomination you're ashamed you can't stop yourself from singing along to." (Time Out)

Ben Sisto (b. 1980) lives in Brooklyn, NY and manages residencies for artist and authors at Ace Hotel New York. In the early 2000s, he attended the Massachusetts College of Art where he began an ongoing practice of event organizing and curating. Some recent projects include Web Safe 2k16, a collection of small rock collections and programming a video series in Cologne. In addition to the whole Who Let the Dogs Out thing, he is working on an exhibition celebrating the Apollo 8 space mission. This will be his first time ever in Seattle and he is looking forward to visiting Safeco Field.
